Since early 90's Mr. Tony is an experienced balloon modeller who had begun his fun with balloons in his twenties.

Throughout the years he has brought smiles and laughter with his balloon creations to countless children and adults at many private and corporate parties - from ferry boats, to hospitals, orphanages, schools and kindergartens.
